3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Starter Plan: $8/month - Single document workspace, 150 AI queries per month
• Pro Plan: $17/month - Multiple document panels, unlimited AI queries

4.2 Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use useStacks for lawful personal and professional productivity purposes only.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others

5.3 AI Usage Guidelines

• AI features are intended for legitimate productivity and research purposes
• You are responsible for the content of your queries and must comply with OpenAI's usage policies
• We reserve the right to monitor AI usage to prevent abuse
